What a wonderful experience. My first visit was to get peal bracelet restrung after in broke. I was so pleased that we worked together to resize a ring I inherited from my mother. It was a journey -- but a successful one. I'm so pleased with their service and their beautiful work.

Came to get my deceased grandmothers bracelet engraved. They couldn't do it in-house & it had to be sent off. I was so nervous about letting it go but wanted it to be beautiful. The estimated time for pick up was 1 month. I picked it up 2 weeks later. Cornelia called me when the bracelet arrived in NC to be engraved as well to ensure it wasn't lost in transit. Excellent customer service. I'm very pleased with it. Looks better than I imagined & worth the wait. I'm glad I trusted them with this priceless piece ❤️

I had such a great experience at Pavé! Arwen helped me restore an old class ring of my grandma’s, design a custom piece to replace a ring i had previously lost, and resize a third ring. All of the pieces turned out so well, and Arwen was so helpful and patient with me during the process as we worked through getting the sizing just right. Thank you to Arwen and the jewelers for the beautiful job and wonderful experience. I will definitely be back for future projects!

Sybil is top notch! So, I lost an earring that has an extremely unique setting. I googled and decided to “pop in” to Pave’. As I approached the door I saw the “appointment” sign. I looked up and the security agent caught my eye and smiled( thank you sir). I motioned at the sign But he invited me in. Cool beans! I walked in slowly as someone does who doesn’t have an appointment and was greeted Immediately by Sybil…pure Kismet. Sybil’s Energy, her Style and Genuine Love for what she does made her the perfect consultant for me. Plus, I think she’s Magick ✨! Sybil listened to the backstory like a dear, long known friend assured me that she knew exactly what to do! And let me say, I would be REMISS if I didn’t salute the Master Craftsperson that did the actual work…chefs kiss! So now I have a perfectly matched set once again. Thank you Sybil for all of your help. p.s. please don’t tell anyone about the earring🤫

I’m really pleased with the engagement ring Arwen helped build for my fiancé. The final piece is beautiful, and exactly what we were hoping for. it captures her style perfectly and truly is what she wanted. I especially appreciate Arwen’s patience throughout the entire process. I had a lot of questions and went through several rounds of revisions, and she guided me with kindness, clear communication, and professionalism every step of the way. Pavé is just amazing and Pepper, one of their designers, is an absolute dream to work with! I had the opportunity to recreate new pieces using both my mother's and grandmother's wedding ring stones. Pepper was able to take my spotty ideas and create two separate necklaces that are perfect for me and something my grandmother and mother would be so happy with! She honored all three of us with her patience, thoroughness, thoughtfulness and care. I am so happy with the end results! Huge thanks to Pepper and Pavé!

My husband and I worked with Arwen to choose a beautiful sapphire anniversary ring designed by Michael, and every step of the process was an absolute pleasure. Arwen is knowledgeable, creative, and truly a joy to work with. I also brought in old jewelry passed down from my grandmother. She helped me recycle the gold, applying the credit toward the ring, and took genuine interest in examining each gemstone and sharing her expertise. She understands the personal meaning and timeless connection carried in heirloom stones. She was thrilled to work with me to create diamond earrings from my grandmother’s ring. I had a truly amazing experience at Pavé. After a bad experience with another jeweler who kept postponing the completion date, I brought my fiancée’s engagement ring here to be resized and was blown away by the professionalism and care. Deborah was my jeweler and went above and beyond to expedite the re-sizing process, in addition to appraising the ring and tightening some jewels she noticed were loose. She did a phenomenal job; we will absolutely be back here for our wedding bands. Thank you so much Deborah!

My sister and I had been holding onto my mom’s jewelry and didn’t know what to do with some of the pieces. Arwen and Michael at Pave were so helpful and patient as this was the first time I have traded in jewelry to make a custom piece.
